This week's plan...

Yeah so the plan this week is:

Monday: 8 mi long run
Tuesday: AM bike ride, PM kayak with the tuesday crew
Wednesday: 3mi run/davis tt brick
Thursday: AM track workout with Vic PM paddle
Friday: AM: bike
Saturday: either the Shriners 5mi run or run 4 mi by myself as a tempo workout
Sunday: kayak mini-marathon
