So the parts acquisition is almost done. Its going to be built up with Shimano 600 in that retro gunmetal grey color.
Just need some cranks, saddle and a few small parts. That and some race wheels, see post below.

I need race wheels, retro race wheels
So the one main difference about a funnybike and the reason its "funny" is because of the front wheel being a smaller 650c instead of 700.
The cool thing is 650c wheels arent so popular anymore and can be found cheaper than 700 wheels. Thats good for me.
I'm looking at a few on Ebay right now, this Mavic 3G pictured above.
It would look so cool.
A new tt bike
Well, bikes come and go huh?
In the last couple of years I've owned several TT bikes: My Cannondale R1000 I rode at Eppies, Cervelo Soloist, Cervelo P2k and now this.
I decided to put together a totally retro totally fabulous funnybike.
I picked up a Torelli funnybike from a guy locally and have been acquiring the parts for it. Its purple even.
My goal is to kick some ass on an old school piece of biking technology.
When I first got her, she was completely covered in grime and dirt, had a Capitol Velo sticker on the top tube (that looked out of place) and had too many spacers on the steering tube see below.
this is after cleaning.
